Hail, all. Glad to have found this haven for the burgandy and gold faithful. I hope to be inundated with invigorating discussion from well-informed, Dallas hatin', Sean Taylor missin', Joe Gibbs lovin', diehard Redskins fans that you can't find anywhere else (except, perhaps, on the Webskins page, but even some of that is not more than well-intentioned, yet meaningless, drivel). BTW, I am intentionally trying to sound sophistacated (while unsure if I've even spelled many of the words above correctly) and am just trying to have fun with this. God bless you all and:

Thanks TJ. Things are a little slow right now, but I'm still hoping for a Cutler for Campbell and a draft pick trade. Campbell too often has the "deer in the headlights" look. Sometimes I think he's gonna be OK, but then he does something that exasperates me and leaves me calling for his head. I hate how unstable our team has been for the last
15 years or so, but if you don't have a confident QB, then you won't have a stable, not to mention, winning football team.

I don't think a trade for Cutler is going to happen. I'm also not totally sold on JC yet but I don't blame last year's collapse on him either. I think the way he played at the beginning of last year is more what he can do compared to how the season ended. The O-line wore down and wasn't protecting him well by the end and it seemed that Zorn's play calling became very vanilla and predictable. Also I think we really need Kelly or Thomas to step up this year and give the offense some options other than Moss/Cooley, especially in the red zone. I hope we hold on to our pick and get one of the top 4 OTs and plug him in at RT giving our line a good mix of youth and experience. Just my 2 cents.

No, that scenario sounds good, although I wouldn't be disappointed if we traded up to get Brian Orakpo, DE out of Texas. I have a feeling that this kid is gonna be special, but he'll be gone by pick #13. Now, add my 2 cents to yours and our opinions still aren't worth a nickle, lol.
